TRUCKS Race 12 of 25

DQS Solutions & Staffing 250 at Michigan

2025 Last-Place Finisher: Norm Benning

ENTRY LIST

There are 36 drivers entered for as many starting spots, so all will qualify.

DRIVER CHANGE: #1-TRICON Garage

Now that he has a full-time Cup Series deal driving for 23XI Racing for 2027, Corey Heim will run tomorrow’s Truck Series race in the TRICON #1, replacing 13th-place Nashville finisher Brandon Jones. This will be Heim’s fourth series start of the year, his first since a 30th-place finish in Bristol.

DRIVER CHANGE: #2-Team Reaume

Michigan means a return for hometown driver Morgen Baird, who made his first O’Reilly Auto Parts Series attempt here in 2024, and his second and most recent Truck Serie start last year, where a late-race crash left him 29th. Baird again drives for Team Reaume, replacing 29th-place Nashville finisher Clayton Green, and carries returning sponsor Airo Steel Metals and Plastics.

DRIVER CHANGE: #4-Niece Motorsports

The next chapter of Cleetus McFarland’s NASCAR journey takes place tomorrow, when he makes his second series start in the Truck Series, his first since his last-place finish after five laps around Daytona this past February. He takes the place of Stefan Parsons, the 18th-place finisher in Nashville, and carries Nashville last-place finisher Tyler Reif’s sponsor Comprehensive Logistics. McFarland finished 35th in his second O’Reilly race at Nashville last Saturday.

DRIVER CHANGE: #5-TRICON Garage

Welcome back Spencer Davis, who makes his 35th career Truck Series start and first since November 3, 2023 at Phoenix. He pilots the #5 TRICON entry in place of 30th-place Nashville finisher William Sawalich. Davis had most recently finished 12th in the ARCA Menards Series West race at Kern County.

DRIVER CHANGE: #7-Spire Motorsports

One week after Rajah Caruth nearly claimed victory on old tires at Nashville, Connor Mosack makes his 40th series start and fourth of the season, his first since a 10th-place showing in Watkins Glen, and again with sponsorship from the Friends of Jaclyn Foundation. Last year, when he drove for McAnally-Hilgemann Racing, Mosack finished 19th in this race after he started in 8th.

DRIVER CHANGE: #22-Team Reaume

Josh Reaume returns to his #22 as driver for the first time since his 28th-place showing in Charlotte, taking the place of 21st-place Nashville finisher Derek Lemke. Reaume has five previous Truck Series starts at Michigan including four Top 20s, yielding a best of 17th in 2020.

DRIVER CHANGE: #25-Kaulig RAM Racing

Parker Kligerman returns to the Kaulig RAM effort for the first time since his 11th-place finish in Texas, his lone series start of the year. He takes the place of Carson Ferguson, whose crash in Nashville left him in 35th. Kligerman last ran this race in 2020, when he finished 9th for Charlie Henderson, and earned a track-best 4th for Red Horse Racing back in 2012.

MISSING: #27-Rackley-W.A.R.

MISSING: #69-Motorsports Business Management

Not among this week’s entrants are both trucks that were washed out of the field when rain cut short qualifying at Nashville: both Toni Breidinger in the second Rackley-W.A.R. effort and Jonathan Shafer in the #69 for MBM. Carl Long’s team will be at the track, however, as Dystany Spurlock returns to the #66 in today’s ARCA race.

DRIVER CHANGE: #42-Niece Motorsports

DRIVER CHANGE: #62-Halmar Friesen Racing

DRIVER CHANGE: #77-Spire Motorsports

No fewer than four Cup Series regulars will take part in tomorrow’s race. Joining Ross Chastain, who makes his seventh-straight start in Al Niece’s #45 Chevrolet, are Ricky Stenhouse, Jr. (taking the place of Nashville last-place finisher Tyler Reif in the #42), Christopher Bell (in place of 11th-place finisher Parker Retzlaff in the #62), and Carson Hocevar (in place of 34th-place finisher Jesse Love in the #77). Stenhouse, who was 4th in last Sunday’s Cup race at Nashville, makes his first Truck Series start since Charlotte while Bell and Hocevar return for the first time since Dover.

WITHDREW: #90-Terry Carroll Motorsports

Justin S. Carroll withdrew at first publication of the entry list. He’s made two starts in the series this year, but none since his 26th-place showing in Darlington.

CUP Race 15 of 36

FireKeepers Casino 400 at Michigan

2025 Last-Place Finisher: Alex Bowman

ENTRY LIST

There are 37 drivers entered for 40 starting spots, marking the 13th short field in 15 races this season, and the seventh with only one “open” entry.

TEAM UPDATE: #33-Richard Childress Racing

As Austin Hill remains in the #33, Rebel Bourbon sponsors an all-black paint scheme in honor of the late Kyle Busch, this one bearing the phrase “Honoring Our Original Rebel” on the quarter-panels.

TEAM UPDATE: #41-Haas Factory Team

Air Lift, a suspension company whose logos adorned the fenders of several Cup cars back during NASCAR’s early years in the 1950s, makes a surprising return to the series as primary sponsor of Cole Custer and his #41 Chevrolet.

RETURNING: #44-NY Racing Team

The lone “open” entry in Sunday’s race is that of J.J. Yeley, who begins a two-race sponsorship deal with Fanatics Casino that continues next month in Chicagoland. This will mark just the second Cup start of the season for Yeley, who finished 31st at Atlanta in February.

MISSING: #66-Garage 66

MISSING: #67-23XI Racing

Both Chad Finchum and Corey Heim are not entered after the pair finished 28th and 25th in Nashville. As mentioned above, Heim has now secured his full-time ride with 23XI Racing in 2027, but there is not yet confirmation as to which car number he will run.

MillerTech Batteries 250 Presented by KOA at Pocono

2025 Last-Place Finisher: Justin Bonsignore

After five consecutive triple-header weekends through the month of May, the O’Reilly Auto Parts Series returns next Saturday in Pocono.

TODAY IN LASTCAR HISTORY (June 5, 1960): John Dodd, Jr. picked up the 1st last-place finish of his NASCAR Grand National Series career in the Richmond 200 at the Atlantic Rural Fairgrounds when his #75 1960 Ford started 4th in the field of 19, only to lose the engine after 37 laps.
